We use only the highest quality 316 stainless steel materials, manufacturing and finishing techniques and are accredited by the Australian Stainless Steel Development Association (ASSDA).

Our stainless steel products are finished for both aesthetic appeal and superior protection. Our 316 stainless steel enclosures are finished to a Ra of 0.4 μm, surpassing many industry competitors who typically only reach a rating of 0.5 μm or worse. It is worth noting that ASSDA state that there is a “marked decrease of the corrosion resistance as the surface roughness increases above a Ra value of about 0.5 micrometers”.

This attention to the surface finish ensures that it is more difficult for salts to build up on the enclosure surface, helping to reduce corrosion.

The higher level of surface finish also ensures that the enclosure is more suitable to applications in the food industry and is generally of a higher quality feel than competitor’s enclosures.

Utilising ASSDA-approved belt grinding and linishing techniques ensures our products withstand prolonged exposure to chlorides, such as saltwater prevalent in coastal and inland regions globally.
